Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-48 hour period where your item/s will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 20 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Items should be returned New, Unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Charles & Ron.
Where promotions have been applied, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid. If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any unwanted items.
